What you'll do

• Assess assigned patients’ nursing needs
• implement, evaluate, and revise individualized care plans
• provide direct nursing care
• make initial nursing evaluation visits and re-evaluate needs as required
• provide services within the nursing scope of practice
• assign, supervise, and teach clinical personnel
• initiate preventive and rehabilitative procedures
• inform physicians and other personnel of changes in condition
• counsel and instruct clients and families.

Weekend-only Baylor schedule: Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. and Saturday–Sunday 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.; requires geriatric home health and OASIS experience.
