What you'll do

• Lead land-use and environmental permitting
• research local, state, and federal requirements
• prepare permit applications for zoning, variances, conditional use, amendments, or annexation
• represent the company at stakeholder meetings and public hearings
• manage environmental reviews and consultants
• track permit tasks and update project teams
• assist with budgets, site reviews, mapping, and planning
• support permit compliance through financing and construction.
