What you'll do

• Set up and tear down meetings and social events using assigned diagrams and packs
• clean and prepare event spaces
• install and uninstall equipment and materials
• keep storage areas organized and secure
• maintain unused spaces in tour-ready condition
• care for equipment and report damage
• assist guests
• support concierge shipping and receiving
• assist sales and planning offices with future layouts and mock sets.
