What you'll do

• open repair orders and update customers on repairs and vehicle status
• assist supervisors with estimates when needed
• inspect vehicles with customers
• document warranty information and recalls
• coordinate pending work with the next shift supervisor
• follow fund collection and vehicle-release policies
• attend required training.
