Injury Prevention Specialist

The Injury Prevention Specialist role is onsite in Albany, OR, with pay of $36–$45 per hour. WorkCare provides workplace health and wellness services, including injury prevention and employee care. The specialist supports employee health by providing care within scope, coordinating with physicians, and delivering prevention, rehabilitation, and wellness services. The role contributes to workplace injury prevention and well-being through clinical support, education, screenings, and program coordination.

What you'll do

• Provide first aid and episodic care within scope
• coordinate care with WorkCare programs and physician escalation services
• deliver injury-prevention education and ergonomic evaluations
• assist with return-to-work and fitness-for-duty assessments as needed
• provide wellness coaching and screenings
• maintain clinic and wellness data
• support health fairs, medical surveillance, drug testing, emergency response activities, and clinic operations as applicable.

Why this role

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM. Local candidates are eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus; candidates who must relocate may be eligible for up to $1,000 relocation assistance. Bachelor’s degree in a related field and CPR/First Aid certification are required.
