What you'll do

• Maintain clinical nutrition documentation and accurate resident assessments and progress notes
• participate in interdisciplinary care planning and communicate resident concerns and responses
• involve residents and families in care goals
• coordinate regular and therapeutic menus with the Food Service Director or Manager
• monitor food temperatures, quality, meal and supplement distribution
• assist with diet orders, tray cards, admission diet histories, food service inspections, purchasing, and nutrition employee training
• participate in long-term care surveys.
