The Pharmacist role is onsite in Waupun, WI, with compensation of $54–$66 per hour. This 26-week assignment supports pharmacy operations and the Health Services Unit (HSU).\n\nThe pharmacist processes and verifies medication orders, performs final product checks and drug utilization reviews, and reviews prescriptions for dosing, interactions, contraindications, and allergies. The role contributes to safe medication distribution and patient care through collaboration, accurate documentation, and support for clinical pharmacy programs.

What you'll do

• Process and verify medication orders
• perform final product verification
• collaborate with HSU and pharmacy staff
• conduct drug utilization reviews
• review prescriptions for dosing, interactions, contraindications, allergies, and safety concerns
• support medication distribution and pharmacy operations
• participate in weekend, early, and late shift rotations
• perform site visits when necessary
• assist with clinical programs that may include warfarin and IV therapy management
• maintain accurate documentation.
