What you'll do

• Assist residents as needed with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living
• follow the supervisor’s schedule of resident needs
• provide emotional and social support
• document assistance in a daily log
• report resident issues or concerns to the supervisor
• respect residents’ dignity, independence, and confidentiality
• learn emergency equipment and procedures
• attend required training, in-service sessions, and staff meetings
• help maintain a safe work environment.
