What you'll do

• Operate and monitor production equipment and related production tasks
• perform equipment changeovers, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• maintain clean work areas and conduct sanitation audits
• perform quality checks on ingredients, products, and packaging
• record production data
• prepare production reports
• assist across related areas and substitute for team members as needed
• coordinate shift activities
• participate in training, audits, and special projects
• work overtime when needed.
