What you'll do

• Make credit recommendations for new and existing distributor accounts
• review account terms and daily order holds
• monitor credit trends
• partner on payment solutions and disputes
• and maintain credit files. Reconcile accounts receivable and bank records to the general ledger, assess returns and allowances reserves, oversee sales and use tax returns and audits, supervise and train a finance and payroll generalist, maintain procedures, and provide backup for specified pricing, scorecard, rebate accrual, and operational reporting tasks.
