RISE Program Manager – Vocational Services

Job overview

The RISE Program Manager – Vocational Services role is based in Willimantic, CT, with at least two days per week in the office and driving across Hartford, Middlesex, New London, and Windham Counties. The salary range is $60,000–$65,000 per year. Project Genesis provides vocational services and employment opportunities for people with disabilities. The manager leads the RISE vocational services program, supervises job coaches and developers, builds employer partnerships, and coordinates client placements and career exploration. What you'll do

• Lead, supervise, train, and support Job Coaches and Job Developers
• develop employer relationships and employment opportunities
• coordinate vocational services, placements, interviews, and job development
• work with BRS counselors and referral partners
• monitor satisfaction, quality, outcomes, documentation, and contracts
• manage schedules and workloads
• support staff recruitment and development
• monitor revenue, expenses, staffing, and billing
• promote services through outreach
• maintain accurate records and compliance.
