The Registered Nurse (RN) role is an onsite, full-time position in Portage, MI, with starting wages of $47.40–$62.40 per hour. MediLodge provides long-term skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation services. The RN plans, coordinates, and provides resident nursing care while guiding clinical staff. Through assessment, treatment, documentation, and coordination with the care team, the nurse supports residents’ care plans and the facility’s patient-centered care.

What you'll do

• Lead care-plan conferences
• assess and document resident conditions and nursing needs
• implement physician orders
• assign and supervise nursing care
• administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments
• participate in staff orientation and training
• assist physicians with tests and procedures within scope
• maintain supplies and equipment
• report resident observations
• coordinate care with other departments
• and support nursing unit staffing.
