What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols
• verify credentials and maintain visitor and contractor logs
• follow entry and exit procedures
• respond to incidents, alarms, and service calls
• complete activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs
• communicate observations to leadership and site personnel.
