What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for critical roles across research, clinical, and corporate functions
• collaborate with hiring managers on role criteria, job descriptions, and hiring plans
• use multi-channel sourcing
• build talent pipelines
• screen candidates and coordinate interviews
• oversee pre-employment verification
• prepare offers for senior management approval
• ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
