Temporary Digital Navigator

Job overview

The Temporary Digital Navigator role is primarily in person in San Francisco, CA, serving community members in Districts 9 and 11; pay is $28 per hour. What you'll do

• Assess clients’ digital access, device, technology, and training needs
• develop individualized digital service plans
• provide step-by-step coaching on technology, internet use, devices, applications, and online services
• conduct individual and group workshops in person and virtually
• help eligible clients apply for affordable internet
• connect clients with devices, repairs, and technical support
• track referrals, progress, and outcomes
• maintain client records and prepare monthly activity summaries
• identify barriers to digital access and support digital equity advocacy.
