What you'll do

• Lead maintenance team members
• perform unit turns and work orders
• coordinate with leasing staff and managers
• conduct monthly safety meetings and manage OSHA/SDS reporting
• schedule and perform preventive maintenance
• maintain grounds and property appearance
• manage vendors
• maintain supply inventory and purchases within budget
• and respond to emergency on-call needs. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
• after-hours and weekends may be required as needed. The posting states emergency on-call is required.
