What you'll do

• Manage licensed childcare operations in alignment with Texas Minimum Standards and health and safety regulations
• hire, develop, and support teachers
• lead monthly staff meetings
• greet parents, conduct tours, and maintain family communication
• ensure Balanced Learning curriculum implementation
• oversee enrollment, budget, and day-to-day administration with the owner
• oversee human resources, quality assurance, and facility operations
• support professional growth and continuous improvement.
