What you'll do

• Perform lifeguard duties, maintain active pool surveillance, enforce safety rules, and respond to emergencies
• lead and coach lifeguard staff
• supervise emergency responses and ensure incident documentation
• report sanitation, water-quality, maintenance, and supply issues
• support staffing and program schedules, events, certification classes, and CPR training
• coordinate staff breaks
• assist with staff meetings and training
• and support swim team operations.
