What you'll do

• Lead the seasonal team and oversee daily photo operations and site performance
• create schedules and ensure staffing coverage
• recruit, hire, train, and onboard team members
• drive sales and cash-handling compliance
• verify deposits and financial paperwork
• coach staff on guest service
• coordinate with venue partners and vendors
• resolve guest concerns
• and manage seasonal setup, breakdown, and equipment security.
