Operations Manager, Catering and Events

The Operations Manager, Catering and Events role is onsite in Denver, CO. Compensation is $75,000–$85,000 per year. HUNGRY connects corporate offices with chefs and local restaurants and describes a social responsibility commitment that includes donating one meal for every two purchased. The manager owns day-to-day catering, delivery, and event execution in an assigned market. The role coordinates contractors and direct employees, maintains hub readiness, and monitors service quality and operational performance so client orders and events are delivered as promised.

What you'll do

• Manage market catering, delivery, and event operations
• coordinate, recruit, and onboard local Captains
• partner with Sales and Food Partner Management
• oversee hub supplies, equipment, check-in and dispatch, cleanliness, and organization
• manage logistics plans, schedules, inventory, and vendor relationships
• monitor service quality and resolve operational risks
• report market metrics
• maintain food and workplace safety
• lead, hire, train, coach, and manage direct employees
• handle time and attendance, expenses, purchasing, receiving, and inventory records.
