The Polymer Manufacturing Operator role is onsite in Mansfield, TX. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 4:15 p.m.–2:30 a.m.; Vulcan Industrial produces engineered rubber-fabric products for energy, defense, aerospace, and heavy industrial industries.

What you'll do

• Read work instructions and work orders
• set up and operate fabric cutting, seaming, preform winding, compression molding, and trimming or marking machines
• monitor machine behavior and report changes
• perform in-process quality checks using calipers, Pi tape, and visual inspection
• maintain production logs
• suggest process improvements
• clean and perform basic machine maintenance
• maintain an organized work area and follow safety, PPE, and lockout/tagout procedures.
