What you'll do

• Assist Community Managers with HOA and condominium operations
• schedule maintenance and service requests and coordinate vendors
• solicit bids and support contract coordination
• meet vendors and residents onsite as needed
• support inspections and projects
• respond to homeowners, board members, vendors, and internal teams
• draft communications
• assist with invoices and expense tracking
• prepare board meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up items.
