This position supports the Primary Care department at Essentia Health, providing comprehensive care to patients and families. The role exists to lead a Care Team, utilizing established care processes to achieve patient objectives and ensure continuity of care. The physician balances inpatient and ambulatory work in a state-of-the-art clinic setting.

What you'll do

• Provide complex inpatient and ambulatory patient care
• manage a clinic caseload
• perform procedures (scopes, stress tests, injections)
• collaborate with multidisciplinary clinic partners
• participate in call rotation.
