What you'll do

• Prepare structural concrete estimates and quantity takeoffs
• calculate material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs
• review drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• evaluate risks and scope gaps
• identify value engineering opportunities
• prepare proposals and bid packages
• coordinate pricing and review subcontractor proposals
• assist with buyout and procurement
• collaborate on sequencing and phasing
• and maintain estimating records.
