What you'll do

• Design, implement, and maintain hardware, networks, endpoint management, identity and access management, and business systems
• partner with clinical, product, people, and market operations leaders
• manage IT support partners and vendors
• resolve employee hardware, software, network, and access issues
• own security practices, HIPAA compliance management, SOC 2 audits, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity response
• document equipment and account provisioning processes
• develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.
