What you'll do

• Oversee procurement, purchasing requests, purchase orders, vendor payments, invoices, and financial transactions
• lead annual operating and capital budget preparation
• monitor appropriations, expenditures, balances, and funding needs
• prepare budget amendments, transfers, reports, and closeout documentation
• maintain financial records and forecasts
• monitor grant-funded activities
• identify risks and cost-saving opportunities
• supervise and evaluate Public Works Account Technicians
• and develop financial procedures and internal controls.
