Account Executive

The stated base salary is $85,000–$95,000 per year, plus commission and bonuses. The role develops new client business and strengthens relationships with organizations in manufacturing and related technical industries. Through prospecting, client discovery, staffing agreements, and close coordination with recruiters, the Account Executive helps generate staffing opportunities and deliver client hiring support.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy for North and South Carolina
• prospect for and secure new client accounts through referrals, networking, association involvement, and outreach
• build relationships with organizational decision-makers
• manage prospect lists, account plans, and sales campaigns
• represent Sterling at regional business events
• conduct client meetings, facility visits, presentations, and discovery conversations
• negotiate staffing agreements
• coordinate job intake and candidate feedback with recruiters
• manage ongoing client relationships.
