Tower Technician III

Job overview

The Tower Technician III role is based in Aurora, CO, with regular travel to job sites and possible overnight stays. Pay is $28–$34 per hour. The role supports InfraServices’ telecommunications and recovery work by leading crews that install, maintain, and repair wireless communication towers and related infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Lead daily site crew operations
• climb and work on towers up to 500 feet
• install, align, and troubleshoot antennas, radios, cables, connectors, and mounts
• interpret construction drawings and RF specifications
• perform sweep, PIM, and fiber testing
• conduct quality checks
• inspect rigging and climbing equipment
• document work
• train and mentor less experienced team members
• and travel to job sites, potentially including weekends and extended travel.
