What you'll do

• Stabilize and treat depleted-uranium-containing and hazardous waste
• operate liquid waste treatment and effluent systems
• handle, transfer, package, label, and store waste
• prepare materials for storage, shipment, or disposal with accurate documentation
• follow safety, radiological, environmental, and contamination-control procedures
• monitor equipment
• maintain logs and manifests
• respond to spills, leaks, alarms, and abnormal conditions.
