What you'll do

• Originate, underwrite, package, and appraise real estate and prepare investment proposals, particularly for multifamily business
• apply knowledge of investment standards, criteria, program requirements, and institutional investor funding
• understand correspondent-system closing and servicing
• establish relationships with real estate owners and borrowers, investors, lenders, brokers, bankers, contractors, and other real estate groups. Requires a current real estate license in the work state before starting or obtaining one within 120 days
• frequent local travel and occasional out-of-state travel are expected.
