Senior Change Communications Consultant

The Senior Change Communications Consultant role is hybrid in Naperville, IL, with one day per week onsite. Compensation is $80–$85 per hour. The consultant supports a large-scale commercial transformation spanning 20–25 active workstreams. The role develops and executes coordinated communications that help teams and audiences understand organizational change. It partners with workstream leaders and executives, measures communication effectiveness and adoption, and refines messaging based on feedback.

• Build and manage a communications plan across 20–25 workstreams
• identify impacted audiences and develop targeted messaging
• create executive presentations and frontline updates
• present recommendations and progress to senior leaders
• align communications with project teams
• and track effectiveness, employee understanding, and adoption.
