• Serve as primary point of contact for airline partners
• ensure accurate billing and service delivery

• coordinate catering operations for on-time departures
• implement menu and service changes
• ensure compliance with FDA, HACCP, and safety standards
• manage customer audits and business reviews
• analyze flight attendant feedback and delay trends
• support culinary presentations and menu showcases.
