The Shelter Services Advocate — Overnight is an onsite, full-time role in Honolulu, HI, paying $19.30 per hour. Child & Family Service works to strengthen families and foster the healthy development of children through community-based support, counseling, and therapeutic programs. Under shelter management supervision, the advocate helps participants meet basic needs and remain safe and supported while working toward greater well-being and independent living. The role uses trauma-informed engagement and healthy relationships to empower participants and support healing from trauma.
