Senior Engineering Manager

The Senior Engineering Manager role is onsite in Caledonia, WI. Base salary is $120,000–$130,000 per year, plus an annual bonus. The role supports an established manufacturer serving automotive, industrial, and utility markets. The manager leads engineering activities and develops the engineering team while improving manufacturing processes and production outcomes. Working with Operations, Sales, Production, and Quality, the role addresses technical issues, strengthens process capability, and oversees projects from design through completion.

What you'll do

• Lead engineering activities and set project priorities
• coach and mentor engineers
• improve engineering and manufacturing processes and documentation
• troubleshoot production issues with operators and technicians
• support die casting, cable assembly, crimping, and soldering processes
• improve yield, scrap, throughput, and process capability using Lean and Kaizen
• oversee engineering projects
• manage design, drafting, drawing control, engineering changes, and ERP data.
