What you'll do

• Greet guests and explain hotel services and local attractions
• assist with reservations, transportation, and special requests
• help guests plan Orlando activities and sell attraction tickets
• maintain knowledge of local events, dining, and entertainment
• handle inquiries and complaints professionally
• use Microsoft Office for reports and team communication.
