What you'll do

• Lead civil land development projects from proposal through closeout
• develop scopes, fee proposals, budgets, schedules, and resource plans
• monitor financial performance and profitability
• serve as Engineer of Record and prepare or review technical documents
• ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and permitting requirements
• coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• mentor engineering staff
• serve as primary client contact
• contribute to business development and proposals
• support operational initiatives and safety.
