What you'll do

• Implement Individual Support Plans and applicable Behavior Support Plans
• assess and document progress toward goals
• provide supervision, instruction, and training in independent living, social, leisure, and health and safety skills
• administer and document medication as prescribed and according to standards
• identify adaptations and supports
• assist with daily schedules and curriculum
• provide transportation to community activities
• promote community linkages.
