The Clinical Board Certified Behavior Analyst role is onsite supporting patients in the Bloomington, IN area. The salary is $77,000–$85,000 per year based on experience, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The role supports LittleStar ABA Therapy’s clinical care for children, teens, and young adults affected by autism. The BCBA develops skill-acquisition programs and behavior support plans, supervises implementation, and monitors patient progress. The role collaborates with families and staff, provides training and feedback, and contributes to meaningful outcomes through ongoing assessment and programming.

What you'll do

• Create and supervise implementation of skill-acquisition programs and behavior support plans
• provide feedback and training to RBTs
• teach staff and patients in natural environments and teach others to do the same
• conduct functional assessments and analyses
• participate in assessments
• attend parent and staff meetings, trainings, and other meetings as needed
• provide programming information to parents
• attend IEP meetings as needed for therapy goals
• offer feedback on staff performance reviews
• assist with new RBT training
• participate in research and presentation opportunities at local and national conferences.
