The Precision CNC Production Operator — Aerospace and Automotive Components role is onsite in Redford, MI. Starting pay is $18–$25 per hour, with overtime opportunities. The operator supports precision manufacturing by running 5-axis milling processes, performing waterjet deburring, and conducting leak tests. Accurate measurements and records, attention to part conformity, and a clean and safe work area help the shop deliver reliable components.

What you'll do

• Operate and support 5-axis CNC milling processes under guided training
• perform waterjet deburring to specification
• conduct leak tests and record results
• monitor quality, measurements, and part conformity
• maintain a clean, safe, organized work area
• collaborate with teammates to improve processes and throughput.
