By gathering and packing items, adjusting orders when needed, and keeping the work area organized, the specialist helps ensure customers receive the correct products.

• Gather items in an organized manner
• pack items for delivery
• keep the desk stocked with materials
• edit orders when needed to allow shipping
• organize and label items for the warehouse as needed
• perform other duties assigned by management.
