The Dedicated Onsite IT Technician role is onsite at a designated client location in Frisco, TX, and pays $63,000–$70,000 per year. It is a full-time, Monday–Friday position; occasional after-hours support may be required for business-impacting incidents, maintenance, or projects. In-Telecom delivers technology solutions and services to clients. As the primary onsite IT resource, the technician provides user support and administers the client’s local technology environment. The role resolves day-to-day issues, maintains systems and documentation, and coordinates with remote support, engineering teams, and vendors to improve reliability, security, and user experience.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary onsite IT contact
• provide desk-side support for Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, servers, identity, applications, endpoint management, and collaboration technologies
• administer Microsoft 365 services
• provision and decommission accounts, devices, access, licenses, and permissions
• troubleshoot identity, server, and network issues
• monitor platform alerts
• maintain site health, inventory, infrastructure documentation, and standards
• coordinate with vendors
• identify recurring incidents and support root-cause analysis
• follow security, change-management, and documentation standards
• communicate findings and status to users and client leadership
• provide professional support to executive and VIP users.
