The Caregiver — Short Shifts role is an onsite, part-time position serving Joplin, MO, and nearby communities. Pay is $25 per one-hour visit, $35 per two-hour visit, or $15 per hour for three- to four-hour visits. Adelmo Family Care provides hands-on training to prepare caregivers to support seniors at home. Caregivers make brief visits that help clients remain comfortable and supported in their own homes. Through companionship, practical daily assistance, and observations shared with the team, the role contributes to client safety and well-being.

What you'll do

• Provide companionship and check-ins
• help with meals and light housekeeping
• assist with simple daily tasks
• help clients feel safe and not alone
• observe clients and share relevant information with the team
