What you'll do

• Conduct hearing screens on applicable newborn patients
• follow California, NHSP, IHSS, and hospital guidelines
• maintain a clean work area
• follow patient identification and result-labeling procedures
• maintain records and logs
• care for screening equipment and report malfunctions
• record results in patient charts
• monitor supplies
• report hospital concerns
• attend program meetings when directed
• comply with HIPAA and hospital safety requirements
• be available to work weekends and holidays.
