Job overview

What you'll do
- Maintain facility structures, equipment, and grounds
- assist with production equipment preventive maintenance
- perform low-voltage electrical, plumbing, air-line, ceiling, door, wall, window, painting, masonry, and floor repairs or installations
- remove snow and treat sidewalks
- inspect the building and grounds weekly and report issues
- perform cleaning not covered by janitorial services
- respond to emergency call-ins.
