Job overview

Member Service Representative III is an onsite role at the Woodlands Branch in The Woodlands, TX, Monday–Friday with at least two Saturdays per month. Compensation is $20–$25 per hour. Advancial Federal Credit Union serves members through financial products and services. What you'll do

• Assist members with transactions, new memberships and accounts, loan applications, and account support
• gather and review financial information
• coordinate with lending teams
• recommend suitable products
• process loan approvals, liens, and closings
• open accounts
• perform teller transactions
• resolve inquiries
• support branch audits, night drop processing, supplies, and opening and closing duties.
