What you'll do

• Set up and break down event spaces
• arrange tables, chairs, linens, place settings, buffet stations, and equipment
• review event details and guest requests
• serve food and beverages
• coordinate timing with culinary and banquet teams
• communicate dietary restrictions and service needs
• replenish supplies, clear tables, and maintain event flow
• follow food safety and responsible alcohol service standards.
