The Dental Organization Regional Leader role is based in Reno, NV, with daily engagement in assigned dental offices. Compensation is $75,000 to $85,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities. The role supports the growth and operational performance of Platinum Dental Services’ affiliated practices. After a 3–6 month training and development period, the Regional Leader partners with dentists and office teams to improve practice performance, coach staff, and support operational and financial goals. The role monitors practice metrics, strengthens day-to-day systems, and helps implement company initiatives and best practices.

• Partner with dentists and office leaders to drive practice growth and performance

• build accountability and continuous improvement
• monitor practice performance and identify growth opportunities
• improve systems and daily operations
• support teams in meeting performance goals
• provide hands-on problem-solving across practices
• maintain knowledge of dental office operations
• implement company initiatives
• engage with offices daily
• review production, collections, profit and loss, schedules, accounts receivable, and patient flow
• support hiring, onboarding, and team development
• report regional performance.
