Compliance Auditor

What you'll do

• Review hard files, including leases, tenant records, financial documents, and maintenance records, for compliance with leasing agreements, safety regulations, and fair housing laws
• identify discrepancies and potential compliance issues
• collaborate with property managers and staff on corrective actions
• maintain knowledge of applicable regulations
• prepare audit reports
• support compliance policies and procedures
• monitor regulatory changes
• guide and train property teams on documentation and record-keeping
• conduct business in accordance with company policies and applicable housing laws.
