What you'll do

• Prepare apartments for occupancy
• respond to service requests and work orders
• perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, HVAC, pool, carpentry, and painting maintenance as applicable
• maintain tools and supplies
• follow emergency procedures
• monitor property risks and safety systems
• complete make-ready tasks, inspections, cleaning, and safety logs
• use work-order software.
