What you'll do

• Assign daily tasks to production workers, attendants, utility workers, and processors
• ensure donations and truck shipments are sorted and graded
• support production expectations, safety, and loss prevention
• train team members
• maintain warehouse, outlet, and donation-area conditions
• complete paperwork and reports
• operate forklifts and balers
• assist with truck loading and unloading and travel with drivers to offsite locations as needed.
